Soirée Supper Club & Catering in Hazel Dell hosts a monthly supper club, and word is getting around about the deliciousness and elegance of the meals. The April supper club begins at 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 16, and Soirée owner/chef Keri Buhman is teaming up with Ridgefield’s Confluence Winery to offer “An Equinox Extravaganza,” a culinary celebration of spring featuring six delectable courses perfectly prepared to pair with Confluence wines. Soirée Supper Club & Catering was started by Keri Buhman in 2015. If you’ve been to C’est la Vie French café and crêperie, then you’ve already got a taste of Keri’s offerings; C’est la Vie has now officially relocated to the Soirée location at 1307 N.E. 78th St., Suite 10, in Hazel Dell, and is open Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Buhman, a native Couvie, is an experienced and well-traveled sommelier who trained (and later taught) in New Zealand and has served as head sommelier at a five-star resort in the Maldives. She’s brought her expertise and nuanced palette back to her hometown, and now she’s offering a monthly supper club through her catering company.
