One Year Anniversary

Rally Pizza One-Year Anniversary Celebration

Rally Pizza is celebrating its one-year anniversary in the Couve with a party for the community that has made its first year so spectacularly successful. Come to Rally on Sunday, Oct. 8—all day long—for free frozen custard for kids 12 and under, plus drink specials for grown-ups, including half off boozy shakes, new seasonal cocktails, and a Fortside Brewing Tap Takeover.

Check out the Happy Hour Jam from 2 to 5 p.m. with glass pours from NW Wine, complimentary bar snacks, and fresh jams from Rally’s own DJ Glameron. Dinner is from 5 to 9 p.m. with Burnt Bridge Cellars wines (mmmmm, pair well with pizza!).

All week long, you can enter to win prizes in Rally’s raffle, such as Rally apparel, handcrafted knives from Shun Cutlery, Timbers tickets, and Rally gift certificates. All proceeds from the raffle will go to support the Washington Timbers FC Girls teams.

Rally Pizza is owned by a husband-and-wife duo who are giants in the pizza world: Alan Maniscalco and Shan Wickham. Maniscalco is Rally’s executive chef, making nearly everything in-house, including hand-pulled Mozzarella, ricotta, smoked meats, sauces, preserved chilies, and more. Wickham is general manager and pastry chef, specializing in rich vanilla custard “concretes” and sundaes. Rally also offers a wide selection of Northwest wine, beer and spirits, as well as a walk-up counter for to-go orders.

Rally Pizza is located at 8070 E. Mill Plain Blvd. in the new retail development called “The Mill” (but also known as Garrison Square). Call 360-524-9000 to ask about wait times for a table, or visit Rally’s website at www.rallypizza.com to see their menu. Rally Pizza is also part of October’s #DineTheCouve.
