Mother’s Day Brunch & Free Mimosas at Latte Da

How does this sound for Mother’s Day? Big, fluffy Belgian waffles, fresh strawberries, homemade whipped cream, and real maple syrup. Or piping hot biscuits and savory gravy. Or breakfast sandwiches. Or a generous slice of quiche. (I know—it ALL sounds good, right?) And how about a mimosa bar with juicy offerings like fresh-squeezed orange juice and mango nectar? YES, you say? You want ALL OF THOSE THINGS?

You can have them at Latte Da Coffee House and Wine Bar‘s Mother’s Day Brunch, happening on Sunday, May 8. Here’s the best part: the mimosas are free for all moms with the purchase of a brunch entrée.

Latte Da is located at 205 E. 39th St., just a couple blocks west of Main St. The popular coffee house and wine bar, which is located in a beautifully refurbished 1920s bungalow, also has event space available for holiday gatherings or business meetings. To learn more, visit

Sip & Taste Summer Party at Latte Da

On Friday, June 27, Latte Da Coffee House and Wine Bar will host a free “Sip & Taste Summer Party” from 4 to 8 p.m. to share its new menu offerings with the community. Latte Da is launching new summer wine list featuring local wines from distinguished vintners such as those at Burnt Bridge Cellars and Forgeron Cellars—who will be on hand at the event—along with several other local vendors and live entertainment. There’s no cost to attend and families are welcome.

The Sip & Taste Summer Party will have activities for all ages and hourly raffle prizes of wine and appetizer vouchers. The Beautiful Pig will be there, serving gourmet dry cured meats, as well as Navidi’s Olive Oils and Vinegars from Camas. Sample items from Latte Da’s new happy hour menu featuring bleu pear salad, baked arancini, Spanish skewers, and a fabulous antipasto platter. The coffee shop’s outdoor area—artfully protected by “sails” flying high in the trees—will be open for guests, and the firepit will be blazing. More information can be found at
