No gift is more personal than art: it’s a little piece of the artist’s soul, and there’s only one like it in the whole world. Attic Gallery in Camas—the well-respected and long-lived contemporary art gallery that relocated to Camas from downtown Portland—is hosting a Holiday Group Exhibit during the month of November, featuring works by scores of notable artists. The show will be on display through the end of November, with an opening reception from 5 to 8 p.m. on First Friday, Nov. 3. Guests will enjoy complimentary wine, light refreshments, and live music by Bret Malmquist.
You’ll find new ceramic works by Terri Axness, Ann Fleming, and Natalie Warrens; acrylic paintings by Sandra Jones Campbell; clay and wood sculptures by Anna Wiancko-Chasman; pastel paintings by Susan Ogilvie; watercolor and pastel paintings by Mike Smith; and oil paintings by Liang Wei.
See works by these and other artists on the Attic Gallery website at www.atticgallery.com. Questions? Call 360-833-9747. The gallery, which is located at 421 N.E. Cedar St., is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays and by appointment.
