Crazy Cat Lady

Crazy Cat Person Tea

Here is JUST what you need right now: CATS! AND TEA! Indulge both of these passions at the Camas Public Library‘s Crazy Cat Person Tea, happening from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12.

This is for adults who love cats and wholeheartedly embrace their passion for cats, cats, and more cats—and who understand that crazy isn’t necessarily a disadvantage. Wear your favorite crazy cat attire (a bedazzled sweatshirt, perhaps, or a cardigan with appliquéd cat motif? Doesn’t matter, as long as it’s got plenty of cat hair on it), and bring your favorite cat mug and saucer.

The menu includes Tetley’s British Blend Black Tea, tea sandwiches, scones, lemon curd, disgustingly delicious litterbox cake (it’s a thing! Check out this link: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/7415/kitty-litter-cake/) and other assorted sweet treats. Table decorations will be given away as door prizes. Sign-up is required due to limited seating; call 360-834-4692 or come into the library to sign up at 625 N.E. 4th Ave. in downtown Camas.
