Halloween at the Scaregrounds

This is the last weekend for Halloween at the Scaregrounds (also known as the Clark County Event Center). It’ll be open every day from now through Halloween, Tuesday, Oct. 31. There are different Halloween Haunts for various ages. The haunted attractions open at 7 p.m., and the ticket booth closes at 10 p.m. or 11 p.m. on Oct. 27 and 28. This scare-iffic event features haunted houses, carnival rides and games, all-ages attractions and special events, dozens of midway vendors, food and dining options, and walk-around characters.

There’s also Kids’ Trick-or-Treat Day from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 28. Tickets are $8. There will be trick-or-treat stations, Halloween games, a bounce house, Halloween-themed crafts, pumpkin carving, kid-friendly spooky characters, food and retail vendors, and more. Rides at the carnival include Starship Exodus, Ali Baba, Hi-Jacker, Berry Go Round, Rainier Ferris Wheel, and the Mini Pirate Ship. Single ride tickets are $5 and unlimited ride wristbands are $12. (Admission to the Scaregrounds does not include the carnival.)
