Enjoy indoor trick-or-treating, a kids’ costume contest, spooky story time, and arts and crafts at Booville, a spooktacular (and free!) Halloween event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Marshall/Luepke Community Center. Booville will feature lots of safe, supervised children’s activities that will be enjoyable for the whole family. There will be games an prizes provided by iQ Credit Union, Waste Connections, Soccer Shots, Must Love Kids Pediatric Dentistry, Yoder Chiropractic, Vancouver Parks and Recreation, and many more community partners. Young and old will be treated to story time from some of Vancouver’s best storytellers, such as Vancouver’s First Citizen and community historian Pat Jollota and and Jim Mains of High Five Media.
This event is completely free and no registration is necessary. Come in costume—grown-ups, too! Mashall/Luepke Community Center is located at 1009 E. McLoughlin Blvd. in Vancouver and ample free parking is available in the adjacent parking lot.
