The Couve’s funniest Thursday night is happening at the Kiggins Theatre on Thursday, Aug. 10. Comedy on Tap features laughs, brews, laughs, laughs, several chuckles, a guffaw, and also wine, cider or soda and any number of yummy snacks, nachos, pizza and buttery theater-style popcorn from the Kiggins’ concessions counter.
This month’s line-up of comic talent includes headliner Tristian Spillman. A northwest staple, Spillman has appeared several times at Bridgetown Comedy Festival. His energy, sense of fun, and upbeat comedic style have landed him a regular feature at Harvey’s Comedy Club. He hosted and founded Comedy Night @The Bagdad, the longest weekly stand-up showcase in Portland, lasting for nearly eight years. Tristian has hosted over 500 shows, including over four years of comedy show at the Kiggins. Thursday will be a special evening, because Spillman will be recording his first-ever live feature album and loud laughers are welcome.
Joining Spillman will be joined by some of the audience’s favorite comics from prior shows: Alex Avery, Amanda Lynn Deal, Carter, Eric Cash, Isaac Pendergrass, Justin Ammerman, Laci Day, and Steven Tye. Comedy on Tap starts at 8 p.m. but the doors open at 7 p.m. so you can come early, snag a good seat, and get comfy with a brew or two. Tickets are $10 per person, available online now by clicking here. The Kiggins Theatre is located in downtown Vancouver at 1011 Main St.
