Camas Vintage & Art Faire

It’s enough to make a vintage-treasure-hunter weak in the knees: the Camas Vintage & Art Faire returns to the streets of lovely downtown Camas from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 26. Over 60 vendors will offer vintage, antique, repurposed, refurbished, handcrafted and upcycled gems for your home and garden (or beach house or lake house or mountain chalet). This ninth annual street faire is hosted by the Downtown Camas Association, Camas Antiques, VV Larue Presents, and Plum Deluxe Teas.

Before you dance a jig of anticipatory glee, allow us to add this icing on the cake: original artwork by many local and regional artists, including paintings, sculpture, jewelry, ceramics, fiber art, and recycled art. If your spirits begin to flag after so much shopping, refresh yourself with live music and mouthwateringly carbolicious sweet and savory treats from Hello Waffle and other vendors of scrumptious prepared food. And—last but certainly not least—you can bask in the dappled, tree-shaded charm of picturesque downtown Camas on a late summer day. Stick around and enjoy dinner and cocktails at one of many local eateries, cocktail lounges, wine bars, and brewpubs.
