  • Ham Florentine Benedict featuring a house-made English muffin topped with Canadian bacon, tomato, wilted spinach and poached eggs, finished with classic Hollandaise sauce
  • Poached King salmon omelet with tender spring asparagus and melty slices of double-cream Brie, served with house potatoes and a mini butter croissant
  • Corned beef hash featuring house-roasted corned beef, crispy potatoes, red bell peppers and sweet onions, topped with two eggs and finished with a drizzle of creamy horseradish sauce with with local greens and a mini butter croissant
